For those who find themselves homeless, HDC operates several programs to assist with temporary or permanent housing solutions.

All individuals and families must be assessed by the Housing Assessment and Resource Agency and prioritized for placement within the program.

Designed to help homeowners and renters control their energy costs by reducing the amount of energy consumed in their home.

A program that conducts lead investigations to determine if lead-based paint hazards exist. If a hazard is found, we will be able to remove or control the hazard through various home repairs.
